Planning Applications
The following is a status list of applications for planning permission in the Parish for 2011, with the most recent at the bottom. When a planning application is made to Malvern Hills District Council, copies of the plans submitted are passed to the Parish Council for inspection and comment. Please note that as a council, we are able to voice our opinions on the acceptability or otherwise of the plans but these opinions are advisory only and we have no direct control over the determination of any application. In fact, it happens quite often that our opinions are not followed, sometimes despite quite serious local objections. The actual comments made by us (if any) can be viewed on the MHDC web site for 6 months after the decision is made.
