Minutes of Parish Council Meetings

These minutes are in Adobe Acrobat format and may be downloaded for viewing.

Minutes for any meeting are published as soon as available but you are advised that they are to be
considered to be draft minutes (regardless of perhaps not being marked so within the document)
until after the meeting following that to which the minutes pertain so as to allow council members
to verify and sign off the reported content.

Planning committee meetings are held both as part of main meetings and as ad hoc separate meetings,
determined by the need to return comments to the MHDC Planning Officer in a timely manner.
